Is it necessary to get a 70% glycolic peel before a tca (medium) peel?

I was wondering if anyone who has had the tca peel was told by the dermatologist that a 70% glycolic peel is required before the tca peel (as opposed to what I've read about using at-home skin prep glycolic products). Thank you for any info!

An alternative method you can consider besides doing the peeling way. Do use a mild washing foam and do a daily mask mix it well with white essence to get the whitening effect. Do it daily or on alternate days. The mask is of mild texture and thus no harm to do it daily.
