Stretch marks are very deep tears in the dermis. A TCA peel could not eradicate them. Something that might help is a non ablative laser to remove redness and stimulate collagen.
Another option is to apply collagen stimulating creams such as tretinoin and copper peptides. These creams work over time, so yo have to be patient.
